During the 2017 European Meeting of ISMPP you will have access to the conference app, which is being provided by our sponsor Lumi. Please be sure to read the instructions below in its entirety for important information about the app.

The Lumi App is interactive and contains information about the conference including:

  • Schedule details
  • Speaker biographies
  • Exhibitor and sponsor listing
  • Attendee list
  • ...and so much more!

Throughout the conference, you will also use the app to participate in polls, complete surveys and submit questions and comments for the Q&A.

Download the app now by following the instructions below:

  • To download the Lumi Show 5 App:
    • On your Apple device, click here to access the app store
    • On your Android device, click here to access the Google Play store
    • For all other devices use the web app available here
  • Once downloaded, go to 'search' and enter the meeting ID: ISMPP
  • Press the '+' icon
  • Next, enter the app and accept the disclaimer
  • Then, follow the instructions to set-up your user ID and password
  • Finally, be sure to save your log-in details!

Once logged in, check that your profile details are up to date and add a profile picture if you wish. You can then start messaging your fellow attendees and have a look at the latest agenda.

The Lumi team will be at the European Meeting of ISMPP! Please don't hesitate to stop by their Help Desk to ask them any questions about the Lumi Show 5 App -- they will be just outside the General Session Room!

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your meeting registration, please note the following:

4 or more weeks prior to event:

You will receive a full refund, minus 10% of the balance for processing fees, or you may substitute another ISMPP member to attend in your place. You may also request a voucher for the full registration fee to be used towards a future ISMPP event within the following twelve-month period.

2 to 4 weeks prior to the event:

You will receive a refund of 30% of the registration fees or you may substitute another ISMPP member to attend in your place. You may also request a voucher for the full registration fee to be used towards a future ISMPP event within the following twelve-month period.

Less than 2 weeks prior to the event:

You may substitute another ISMPP member to attend in your place.
