Transportation

SOFITEL Wanda Beijing
  • Accessible via public transportation

  • From Underground Station, take Line 1 to Da Wang Lu station

  • If using public bus transportation, please use line 1,4,57,728,938 to Lang Jia Yuan station

Hilton Tokyo
  • From Narita International Airport: You may take the Airport Limousine Bus (stops directly at the hotel)
  • Alternatively, from Narita International Airport: Take the Narita Express train, approximately 75 minutes. This train departs hourly direct to Shinjuku Station.
  • From Shinjuku Station: The Hilton Tokyo offers a shuttle bus from the West Exit of Shinjuku Station in front of Keio Department Store (bus stop No. 21), running 8:20am until 9:40pm
  • The Hilton Tokyo is also conveniently located near two subway stations, Nishi-shinjuku Station (Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line) and Tocho-mae Station (Toei Oedo Line) within a 3 to 5-minute walk.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your meeting registration, please note the following:

4 or more week prior to event:
You will receive a full refund, minus 10% of the balance for processing fees, or you may substitute another ISMPP member to attend in your place. You may also request a voucher for the full registration fee to be used towards a future ISMPP event within the following twelve-month period.

2 to 4 weeks prior to the event:You will receive a refund of 30% of the registration fees or you may substitute another ISMPP member to attend in your place. You may also request a voucher for the full registration fee to be used towards a future ISMPP event within the following twelve-month period.

Less that 2 weeks prior to the event:
You may substitute another ISMPP member to attend in your place.
